Redemption

My Indoor Tri Stats:
  • Swim: 18 lengths (450 meters), 33 points
  • Bike: 20.1 miles, 38 points
  • Run: 2.49 miles, 41 points
  • TOTAL (points): 112
My work today was good enough for 10th (tie) overall and 3rd in the Open Female division.  I even beat the first Masters Female.

  3. Nice!

Oh, and, I'm not working the Minneapolis expo so it won't bother me in the slightest that people can pick up multiple packets. As it is, however, I may end up pulling the plug on that race. I haven't registered, or booked my flight yet. I keep going back and forth on it, but I need to make a decision soon.

  4. Also, I don't remember the exact explanation of the "squeaky" sensation, but it had something to do with the tissue rubbing on the inflamed tendon sheath. I mostly asked because I wanted verification that such a feeling actually exists and that I wasn't imagining things or just some sort of freak of nature. But he knew EXACTLY what I was talking about.

  14. Congrats!! I'm jealous 'cause I've always wanted to do an indoor tri (I think I'd have more of an advantage in the swim since most triathletes aren't proficient at flip turns).
